So I made a Club Nintendo account logged on and my pace sky and appear in the list of work without coins. Some games are not against all reason. Should Immediately after the end of the survey, you get a message "You have received pieces of x" or something like that. If you do not get this message, then the party can not be exchanged for coins. Try a different game, I know, mario kart pokemon, and the work of Phantom Hourglass.
Personally, I would like to try a different browser. If this does not work, then it is very likely at the end of the page, not the end. I've never had problems to get my money with Firefox.
