My fiance is working on his PhD and needs another $30k to finish.? - dissertation grants
There are no funds for federal loans and is currently seeking a confirmation. He also works full time, but have little time to stop, because the university is phasing out its program in January 2008! It has to do 4 courses, including his doctoral thesis. Does anyone know a good gift, it might look, or perhaps an organization that help a loan?
